Starting in 2020, we began developing maintenance, preservation, and rehabilitation plans for the 1737 Manor House, submitting our rehabilitation application to the Town in early 2024. The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on our application at Shelter Island Town Hall on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at 7:30 PM.
